The Networking Function will be held on the 21 August in Exhibition Hall 3 and we would therefore request that Exhibitors man their stands during this event.

The exhibition will be held indoors in Hall 3 and will consist of approximately 40 stands of varying configurations where Manufacturers and Professional Service Providers will be able to showcase products and services to potential clients throughout Africa. Manufacturing companies as well as suppliers of survey equipment such as total stations, GPS systems and laser scanning instruments to mention but a few will be expected to exhibit at the conference. In addition, private companies that provide an array of surveying, remote sensing and aerial imagery as well as GIS services will also be exhibiting their products and services at the conference. Furthermore academic institutions and government sectors that are involved in the production or use of geo-information will also be exhibiting. The exhibition area is particularly favourable as every effort will be made to ensure maximum delegate traffic. For instance, lunches and teas will be served in the exhibition area so that delegates have sufficient interaction with the exhibitors. The exhibition will provide an excellent opportunity for the various exhibitors to market their products and services.
There are shell scheme packages as well as floor space only available. The shell scheme stands will be supplied with a fascia board spanning the width of the stand (printed with company name) stand walls, a small table, two chairs, a 15 amp plug point and two spotlights. All stand fees includes one delegate registration with full access to the conference, teas, lunches and attendance at the Network Function. One additional badge can be purchased at a rate of R3900 per badge for the Conference and Network Function
Should your booking be cancelled, unless the package can be resold for the full amount, cancellations will be charged in full – all prepaid money will be non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
